First, we complete a consultation call in order to determine if coaching is the right fit for you.
Next, we meet for weekly 50-minute sessions in order to identify your personal goals and work towards creating meaningful change in your life.

Coaching Client Terms and Conditions
DEFINITIONS
• The ‘Coach’: The Coach assigned to you by Spectrum Services Coaching and Consulting
• The ‘Client’: You
• The ‘Session’ (online/remote) is the booked time slot and arranged time working with the ‘Coach’.
• ‘Goals’ are what the Client wants to work on with the Coach.
• The ‘Session Time’ is 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
• The ’Session Package’ includes four Sessions.
1. FORMATION OF AGREEMENT
1.1 After booking a coaching session by either video call, email or text, the Client, in accepting the appointment, accepts the following conditions for the appointment: The Client agrees to the Coach contacting him/her via email or SMS. If the Client prefers that the Coach uses a specific method of communication (e.g., only text, or only email or only telephone call), she/he must state this in writing via email or text.
1.2. Booking: Coaching Sessions can only be made through discussion between the Coach and Client, via email, video call or text correspondence. When you are inquiring for a session by emailing/texting/calling, the Client will receive a meeting link for the virtual session. The Client may book ahead all his/her sessions (times/dates) if a Session Package is purchased, providing that these times/dates are not booked by other Patients, or she/he may book one session at a time.
1.3. Expiry: All Coaching Session Packages expire after two months of purchase. It is the Client’s responsibility to contact the Coach to schedule in each session. After the two month deadline, any leftover sessions will be void.
1.4. Lateness: The Client is paying for the agreed time with the Coach on Google Meet or Zoom. It is the Client’s responsibility to attend the session on time. The Coach will use best efforts to call and/or text the Client within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time for any coaching session if the Patient is late for the session. After 15 minutes the Coach will consider the session as a no-show.
1.5. No refund will be given for any late arrival at the session under any circumstances. This includes emergency or unforeseen circumstances out of the Patient’s immediate control, as the 24-hour cancellation policy will still apply.
1.6. If the Client arrives late, an extension of the agreed time or rescheduling the session will not be offered.
1.7. The Coach is not required under any circumstances to go beyond the arranged session finishing time. The session will be terminated at the end of the arranged time, unless the Coach agrees to extend the session.
1.8. If the Client is not satisfied with the outcome of coaching, there is no refund.
2. PRICING, PAYMENT, AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
2.1. The fee for a 50-minutes private coaching session is $80.00 CAD, unless otherwise agreed. The fee for a Session Package is $315.00 CAD and includes four individual 50-minute coaching session, unless otherwise agreed.
2.2. Payment will be made through PayPal or direct e-transfer, preferably before the session, but no later than 24 hours after the session.
2.3. Failure to comply with payment requirements will result in the session, including any future appointments, being cancelled.
2.4. It is at the Coach’s discretion whether to accept late payment.
2.5. Clients must be current with payments before booking a new session.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1. Cancellations can be done via email by the Client, with a minimum of 24 hours before the session to reschedule the session. Sessions are non-refundable.
3.2. Any cancellations prior to 24 hours before the session will be rescheduled for a time that both the Coach and Client agree upon.
3.3. If a Client fails to give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, she/he will have to pay for the booked session. This applies under any circumstances including emergencies, illness, or any situations that are out of the Client’s control.
4. REFUNDS
4.1. Booked ‘Sessions’ by the Client must be paid for in full before the session, or no later than 24 hours after the session. No refund will be issued for any cancellations or missed appointments with notice less than 24 hours in writing (email or text). This policy applies under all circumstances including emergencies, illness, or any situations out of the Client’s control.
4.2. The Client is not bound by the cancellation fee if she/he contacts the Coach in writing (by email or text) to cancel or rearrange the Session prior to 24 hours before the start of a scheduled session.
4.3. The Client is expected to pay in full any cancelled or missed appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
4.6. The Coach will not terminate the session before its agreed time. However, if the Client desires to finish a session earlier than the agreed time, a refund for the remaining time of the session will not be given.
INFORMED CONSENT
By commencing therapy, I (the Client) acknowledge that I have read the information above, and I agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
